Take care of your health


Health is very important part as it affects our physical stamina. Being healthy is equally necessary. So I will list a few things which if followed would keep you healthy and peaceful.

  1. Yoga : praticing yoga everyday will keep your mind calm and relax and accelerate many of your daily activities. Yoga is also helpful to increase concentration.
  2. Eating fruits daily :  one must make a habit of eating fruits daily. Because it gives many benefits to our body and keeps us fit and fine.
  3. Avoid tea or coffee during night : Consuming tea or coffee to study late night is very harmful. One must strictly avoid this habit. It cause many ill effects.
  4. playing outdoor games for half an hour at least :  playing outdoor is also good as it gives energy and refreshment for studying for the next hours.

Easy way to revise the topics

Making a board for important topics:




  • This could be the best way to revise the topics you have studied. 
  • It only requires a board and pins and you can just put your important notes and go through it whenever you want.
  • You can put any important formulas, diagrams, notes and many more.
  • Also the answers you feel difficult to recall, you just put it on the board and just read it everyday. Within few days you will see that you have byhearted that answer.
  • You can also put reminders of any test in school,colleges so that you won't forget. put the marks you have scored in previous exam and keep an aim to score more than that marks in next exam.
  • Trying this method will surely increase your interest in studies and you will enjoy doing this.
