Take care of your health


Health is very important part as it affects our physical stamina. Being healthy is equally necessary. So I will list a few things which if followed would keep you healthy and peaceful.

  1. Yoga : praticing yoga everyday will keep your mind calm and relax and accelerate many of your daily activities. Yoga is also helpful to increase concentration.
  2. Eating fruits daily :  one must make a habit of eating fruits daily. Because it gives many benefits to our body and keeps us fit and fine.
  3. Avoid tea or coffee during night : Consuming tea or coffee to study late night is very harmful. One must strictly avoid this habit. It cause many ill effects.
  4. playing outdoor games for half an hour at least :  playing outdoor is also good as it gives energy and refreshment for studying for the next hours.
